Our Yoxa Fit boxing classes are blood-pumping, intense exercise classes that are perfect for people who are looking to improve their cardiovascular endurance with some cardio that doesn’t just make you work up a sweat but helps with stress relief and release of endorphins.

CARDIO BOXING

A fast paced class including 8- 10 rounds of boxing and body weight exercises. Build cardiovascular endurance, tone and strengthen muscles whilst relieving stress and having fun.
