Welcome to Yoxa Fit’s yoga and hot yoga classes for fitness. We specialise in yoga for people of all abilities and skill levels, offering inclusive classes for all. It doesn’t matter whether you’ve been practising yoga for years, or are a complete beginner, our classes are enjoyed by all. 

What we love about yoga is that it can be merged with a range of different styles to tailor the movements for different goals. We have yoga classes for strength, toning, rhythm and breath, as well as heated vinyasa flow for breathing and self-awareness in movement.

HOT YOGA POWER FLOW

A full body workout, using Yoga Postures, Pilates and Weight bearing strength moves to bring mobility as well as flexibility and strength to the whole body, especially muscles of the Core. Class is carried out in our heated studio which has FAR INFRA RED heaters installed (Benefits of INFRA RED rays include; helps to remove toxins via sweat, supports the immune system by increasing the production of white blood cells, improves blood circulation and skin complexion, helps strengthen cardiovascular system and helps with pain management.)

Relax at the end with a blissful Savasana to return the mind, body and spirit to a state of calm and equilibrium.

 

WARM YOGA SCULPT AND SHRED

For extra fat burning, this class Fuses Yoga and Strength Training. Using dumbbells together with weight bearing Yoga postures, you will strengthen, define and sculpt your muscles as well as burn fat! The class concludes with a relaxing, chilled out Savasana.

YOGA FLOW & GENTLE FLOW

A class suitable for all levels. We use the rhythm of your breath to flow through yoga poses that promote balance, strength, flexibility and mobility. The gentle heat allows you to stretch deeply, cleanse the body and calm the mind improving your overall health and wellness.

CORE STRENGTH YOGA WITH WEIGHTS

Elevate your core strength with our Core Yoga with Weights class, designed to enhance stability, balance, and power from the inside out. This energising session blends traditional yoga postures with light weights, targeting not just the abs but all core muscles—including the diaphragm, pelvic floor, and multifidus.

With a slightly slower pace than Power Flow, you’ll benefit from the heat of our Far Infrared Heaters, which aid safe stretching and recovery. Class concludes with breath work and a soothing Savasana for ultimate relaxation. Join us to strengthen your core, improve posture, and find relief from back pain.
