Our Strength X Cardio classes are a time efficient way to build strength and build cardio vascular fitness. A mix of lifting weights and cardio exercises are guaranteed to get your heart rate up whilst toning muscle and reducing stress levels leaving you feeling energised and ready to go.

CARDIO BOXING

A fast paced class including 8-10 rounds of boxing and body weight exercises. Build cardiovascular endurance, tone and strengthen muscles whilst relieving stress and having fun.
