STRENGTH TRAINING

Our Strength Training Classes have fast became a firm favourite at the studio. A 45 minute strength focused circuits class, expect to sweat get your on whilst you move around each station. Class consists of 12 stations performed 3 times. A brilliant way to build strength, power and muscle using Kettlebells, Dumb Bells, Medicine Balls, Battle Ropes and more. (Occasionally we like to mix it up and class will be AMRAP or EMOM style class).

(Suitable for all levels - please arrive 10 minutes early for first class)

STRENGTH X CARDIO

Our Strength X Cardio classes are a time efficient way to build strength and build cardio vascular fitness. A mix of lifting weights and cardio exercises are guaranteed to get your heart rate up whilst toning muscle and reducing stress levels leaving you feeling energised and ready to go. (Class varies between circuits, EMOM and AMRAP)
