Top Tips For Getting Started…

  1. Click on the link below and register your details to create an account.

  2. Download the BSport App and sign into your account.

  3. Purchase your Class Pass Package or Membership; be sure to purchase our intro offer if you are new to the Studio.

  4. Choose your level and book your classes. Best Yoga Classes for beginners are Monday evenings at 7pm, Friday mornings at 9.15am and Saturday and Sunday morning classes. All Boxing and Strength Classes are suitable for beginners.

  5. Make sure you arrive 10 minutes before your first class so we can get to know you and get you set up and settled.

  6. All equipment (yoga mats, boxing gloves etc) can be provided for your first couple of classes then we recommend purchasing your own mat.

  7. Most importantly, have fun and enjoy! We can’t wait to meet you and get you started on your health and wellness journey.
